As per legal services regulation 2.7s, all probate accredited firms are required to submit and publish diversity information prescribed by our regulatory body, ICAEW, from whom we are authorised to undertake non-contentious probate work. The publication of the aggregated results can be downloaded here. We note there are no notable findings/discoveries identified from the report due to the limitation in sample size.
