Typically, we will:

  • Notify all key organisations and individuals of the death;
  • Identify any entitlement to insurance pay-outs, bereavement allowances or benefits;
  • Identify and liaise with the executors or administrators and beneficiaries;

  • Obtain the Grant of Probate or Administration;

How much will this cost?

Our fixed fees are quoted at 1.2% of the estate value with a minimum fee of £1,000 and a maximum fee of £30,000; plus disbursements. This is the most transparent and simplest pricing matrix we can offer providing you with 100% transparency and upfront insight of how much costs the Estate may incur.
